Columbus Ohio Family Photographer || The Petitti Family

What if your session was an adventure? The smile and look at the camera shots? Yeah! We can absolutely do that too. But what if the photos were about how you were making memories in that moment so later on, the photographs could bring them back to life for you years down the road. What if you played, laughed, shared tickles and played tag?

That’s exactly what this precious family and I did recently at their session. Ella, their sweet toddler I’ve photographed since she was a newborn is in love with the outdoors. She observes everything. She saw a wild turkey, threw rocks in the water and chased me down with her bubble-making leaf blower. (Yes, that’s a thing and it’s hilarious.)

So I’m asking you, could you do what this family did? Spend the first part of your session getting the smiley, look at the camera shots and then spend the rest of the time having fun with games and prompts? Because I think it’s the perfect combination for professional family photos and I’m so excited to offer it to my clients.
