Columbus Ohio Family Photographer || The Gilliam Extended Family

I’ve been very vocal the last few years about families having their photos done, specifically extended families. Time gets away from many of us, with busy schedules and life pulling us every which way. So I kept reminding my clients to book their big family sessions. Take the PTO, make a day dedicated to family (That isn’t just a holiday weekend, wedding for funeral!) and plan a fun filled day that includes capturing your family together. Well my clients heard me and I think I’m doing more extended family sessions this year than I ever have before.

Not to be grim, but we aren’t immortal. We all think we have next year, next week, or the next day but the truth that we all seem to forget is that life slips away faster than expected. I loved that the Gilliam family brought their extended family to a session and we captured three generations AND the dogs! These dogs made my entire week. I absolutely love that they were included and they did such a good job too! I am so beyond excited that we captured so many loving moments during this session.
