Bri at one of my mini sessions nearly 13 years ago…

Whew, this one is a full circle moment. I’ve known Bri since she was born and capturing her during her senior session feels surreal. Driving to her session, I was a little emotional thinking about how I’ve watch Bri grow into this beautiful, young lady. Bri has kept her bright, positive, and joyful spirit from the time she was a toddler to now, that has remained unchanged. It shines so bright in these photos and that was my main goal, capture Bri’s light. Her mama reminded me that I photographed Bri’s first kindergarten photos when I held back to school mini sessions one year. I think this is my first kid that I’ve ever had that with and honestly, who better than Bri?! Bri also brought a bouquet of flowers to her session that she used as a prop (which I loved!) It was lovingly grown and curated by her Aunt Ericka who owns Grace Blooms in Knox County. The flowers just added even more to that bright, playful feel for Bri’s session.

This is just the beginning of Bri’s senior year though… she’s looking forward to cheerleading on football Friday nights and all the other fun that comes with being a senior. I hope she enjoys every bit of it. Have a great senior year Bri!
